Miya is free to download and start using. Optional paid plans unlock additional features and higher usage limits, and are managed through the App Store or Google Play.

Yes. Miya keeps your conversation history and long-term memories on your device, so she can recall people, events and open loops without you re-explaining your context.

Yes. You can review and remove memories and clear conversation history at any time from the app's settings.

Open loops are the unfinished threads in your life — an upcoming interview, a decision you're waiting on. Miya tracks them so she can follow up naturally before and after.

On your device. Conversations and long-term memories are not uploaded to our servers. Only the minimal context needed to answer you is sent to AI processors and is not retained after inference.

You can clear conversations and memories from your device at any time. You can also request deletion of your cloud account from within the app. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.

Yes. Appearance, personality, relationship style and interests can all be refined at any time — nothing is locked in.

Miya is designed around one deep relationship rather than a roster of characters. You can reshape your companion whenever you like.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel directly in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings — this cannot be done from inside the app.

Deleting the app removes your local conversations and memories from the device. It does not cancel an active subscription — cancel through your store account to stop future charges.

Use "Restore purchases" in the subscription screen to recover an existing entitlement on a new device.

Yes — Miya is an 18+ experience. We collect an age group to keep the experience appropriate and apply age-based restrictions.
