Is Miya free?
Miya is free to download. New accounts get a trial of 40 messages, with no time limit — it simply ends when the messages are used or you subscribe. Optional Go, Pro and Ultra plans (monthly or annual) add more messages, richer memory and image generation. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, and plans are managed through the App Store or Google Play.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel directly in your device’s App Store or Google Play subscription settings — this cannot be done from inside the app.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting the app removes your local conversations and memories from the device. It does not cancel an active subscription — cancel through your store account to stop future charges.
How do I restore a purchase?
Use “Restore purchases” in the subscription screen to recover an existing entitlement on a new device.
